High temperature ceramic filter (Candle filter)

High temperature ceramic filter cartridge dust collector is a kind of dust collector that uses ceramic filter cartridge as filter material, which is similar to bag dust collector. The main material of ceramic filter cartridge is ceramic fiber, which is made by bonding and pressing processes. It can withstand high temperature of 800 to 900 degrees, has high mechanical strength and good filtering effect。

      The high-temperature ceramic filter cartridge dust collector is a new type of high-temperature dust removal equipment. Unlike traditional bag dust collectors, it can operate stably in high-temperature environments above 300℃, with high dust removal efficiency, wide applicability, and a simple equipment structure. The outlet dust concentration can be controlled below 5 mg/Nm³.

 

The high-temperature ceramic filter cartridge dust collector uses ceramic filter cartridges as its filtering material. These cartridges are made by bonding and pressing ceramic fibers, capable of withstanding temperatures of several hundred degrees Celsius, with high mechanical strength and excellent filtering performance. Ceramic filter cartridges used solely for dust filtration are white, known as white tubes. There are also ceramic filter cartridges embedded with catalysts (see the product "Integrated Dust-Sulfur-Nitrogen Removal Device") which are yellow, known as yellow tubes.
