The dedust deSOx and deNOx integrated device is a new type of waste gas treatment device that has emerged in recent years. It involves implanting a denitration catalyst (yellow tube) into a traditional high-temperature ceramic filter cartridge (white tube), combined with dry desulfurization, to simultaneously complete three treatments of dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification in a set of high-temperature ceramic filter cartridge dust collectors. The integrated dust sulfur nitrate device has small investment, occupies less land, and is easy to operate and maintain. By combining three sets of equipment into one, it has been widely welcomed by users in industries such as waste incineration, hazardous waste incineration, and glass kilns both domestically and internationally.
Integrated dedust, deSOx and deNOx equipment is a new type of flue gas treatment equipment rising in recent years. It has been widely used in glass kiln, hazardous waste incineration and other fields with good results.
This device is based on the high-temperature ceramic filter. The cartridges are implanted through catalyst, which makes the high-temperature ceramic filter catalytic denitration (SCR) function. In addition to the injection of desulfurizer before the device, dry desulfurization reaction occurs in the flue, in dust collector and on the surface of ceramic filter cartridge, so as to complete the comprehensive treatment of flue gas for dust removal, desulfurization and denitration in one set of equipment. MUWELT has rich experience in the design of dust collector, dry desulfurization tower and SCR denitration reactor, which can optimize the design parameters of integrated dedust, de-SOx and de-NOx equipment and auxiliary equipment, so as to provide customers with economical, efficient, compact and durable flue gas treatment equipment.
